MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD AT 2025 OSMA ANNUAL MEETING

Montgomery County Medical Society Provided by MCMS Administration

OSMA District Two Councilor Shannon Trotter, DO, extends an invitation for you to join in District 2 pre-caucus meetings. These meetings are to prepare for the OSMA House of Delegates Meeting where your voice can be heard and policy is established for Ohio’s physicians.  These meetings will help those that are newer to the process to learn how the meeting process works.

These virtual meetings will be at 8:00pm EST. Please mark your calendar and register now!

If you have any resolution ideas, please pass them along to your District Councilor. Submit your resolution idea by Jan. 27 – it does not have to be a fully crafted document. You can simply submit an idea and the details can be completed later by the District.   Resolutions are due to OSMA by February 19.

Visit the OSMA website for more details on Resolution Submission Guidelines.

We hope that our Student, Resident and Fellow colleagues will join us!

Represent Your Colleagues and Your District!

The 2025 OSMA Annual Meeting and House of Delegates is April 4-6.

Register to attend the OSMA Annual Meeting!

District 2 will be attempting to fill all Delegate and Alternate Delegate positions for the 2025 OSMA Annual Meeting. If you are interested in serving in one of the Delegate seats to represent District 2, register for the annual meeting above, or fill out the form below.  Montgomery County has a history of providing strong representation to this meeting.

In 2024, District 2 was entitled to 19 Delegates and 19 Alternate Delegates for the OSMA Annual Meeting. For 2025, applications will again be collected from those interested in serving as a District 2 Delegate. The application period closes at EOB February 4. If there are more applications submitted than delegate positions, balloting will be done. If less than enough applications are submitted, delegates will be named by acclamation.
