Help Avert the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Cut!

Since the return of Congress after the election, OSMA has continued advocacy efforts to pass HR 10073, the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act. If passed by the end of the year, this legislation would replace the 2.8% cut with a 1.8% increase. OSMA joined with other state and national medical societies urging leadership in the House and Senate to take immediate action on HR 10073. Similarly, OSMA joined with the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) urging members of the Ohio Congressional delegation to pass HR 10073 before they recess for the year. Please continue to urge your member of Congress to pass the legislation as well!
