Are you ready for a change from the winter doldrums? How about a special Valentine’s celebration just for you? Montgomery County Medical Society is bringing back the time-honored “Ladies Night” gathering for all women physicians. It has been awhile since this exclusive group has joined for a warm and satisfying social event. Mark your calendar for FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2024 and plan to join your physician colleagues for lots of fun, food and beverages at the home of Samia Borchers, MD (111 W. Thruston Blvd, Oakwood OH 45419) from 6:30-9:30 PM. A “Roaring 20s” theme is planned to add to the fun, and guests are encouraged to dress to enjoy a Gatsby-like atmosphere, but no pressure! – all dress is welcome, especially if you are coming from your work location! There will be extra items available onsite to help you feel the part.
This gathering of women physicians started years ago and was often carried out under the leadership of Annette Chavez, MD. It is time to renew this special activity to allow women physicians the opportunity of having a special time together to just catch up on what’s happening in their lives. MCMS is happy to assist in the planning of this, and thanks the special planning efforts of Drs. Samia Borchers, Jhansi Koduri, and Caroline Kennebeck in helping to make this event happen.
You will also be receiving an E-vite invitation, and, if it is easier, you can RSVP to that as well. Registration is appreciated as soon as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
